Staff were so rude. I’ve been working in travel business for 20 years. Stay in a lot of hotel even no star hotel up to seven stars hotel in Thailand and aslo around the world I’ve never ever met the very really bad and terrible experience like this stay at your hotel B2 wat jetyod before. I was check in Dec 22 // check out Dec23 I’m looking forward to hearing from you for the investigation. Then I will post to tell all of my friends to know how your hotel treat the client.

It was quiet which is what I needed for writing my book.
It was quiet which is what I needed for writing my book. The staff were helpful and the price was right. The bed was soft.
The location is a bit remote if you don't have a car or scooter to get around. Shops and eating places were more than a half a kilometre away. The property is really under managed. Resources could be put to better use to better cater for guests and to make more money for the hotel. There is room for a kitchen/breakfast concession. They could also consider laundry facilities. I also didn't like the fact that were no facilities for making tea and coffee in the room. Having to go downstairs and pay 10 baht for hot water for coffee is really a bit rude. A microwave would also have been good.

Great hotel. Good size rooms, fully functional air con, fridge and TV (no English). Decent bathroom.
